As a qualified counsellor I can also support individuals on a one to one basis. Counselling can help those who require short term support with something they are going through or to help understand what may be long term issues. I specialise in depression; anxiety, anger management, addiction and relationship issues.


You may work in a pressurised role, where you would benefit from processing your day - especially those who come in contact with the public -especially since the COVID -19 pandemic.


As above, but rather than it being in the confines of a counselling room, which for some may feel intimidating, we can literally go out and 'walk and talk'.
